There has been serious problems with Betsoft progressive jackpots and instances where players have not been payed their winnings. Tests carried out by other sites using customized tracking software has also pointed towards the same problem, meaning Betsoft jackpots have appeared to be "locked" and not possible to win.

The Glam Life by Betsoft

One player managed to line up five jackpot symbols on a payline while playing on the Betsoft slot The Glam Life (a direct clone of NetEnt's Mega Fortune Dreams), while playing max coin value with a bet size of 50 cents. This should have triggered the professive jackpot but failed to do so. At first, Betsoft denied the payout claiming the player was not playing max coin, a claim that is wrong since every denomination has its own progressive jackpot.

When this was pointed out, Betsoft then made the claim the jackpot cannot be won during the free spins round, despite there being nothing in the help file suggesting so. After the complaint, Betsoft changed the wording to read the jackpot "cannot be won during any other bonus feature".

Other than this, the games are downright awful with low payouts on spins, even at max bet. Proceed with caution.
