@shookieofficial From my experience it is Money Train 2. very reliable and its very tough to get bonus naturally in that game so no choice i guess.

Nolimit City normal bonus does not nothing
Elk standard bonuses does nothing
So unless its the super expensive 500 - 3000x bonus buys, which normally give good returns on Elk and Nolimit, then I would say NLC - However I cannot always afford these, as doing a 1000x bonus buy on minimum bet on NLC could be potentially my entire weekly gambling budget
