One of the best from ELK, and has the potential to be THE BEST scatter pays game in existence, like a hundred miles ahead of Duck Hunters and Gates.
Pack with all sorts of different features, even in the base game there's a lot of things going on.
There's flaws: 94% RTP, scripted patterns and so on, but still worth a 8. Somewhere around 8.2~8.5 if decimals are allowed.

Not exactly a reskin, given the rearranged reel area and slightly changed xBomb feature, as well as a much better soundtrack.
But still an excessive amount of dead spins involved.

Was expecting Zeus VS Hades 1000 Super Scatter but only got 250.
Pragmatic's creativity has bottomed out.
At least they added some extra bet and bonus buy options to make the x250 expanding reel much more accessible. But to me this just feels like day 8192 spins on Duck Hunters, or Wasteland Spins (final phase) in xWays Hoarder 1. The top prize should not be listed for sale.
How about bonus hunt option, pay some extra for increased bonus freq? Not on the list? Why?

A progressive meter during the bonus, similar to Le Zeus 4S bonus. Seems promising, and can be a good addition to the Le series.
At this point I won't be surprised if Le Taxi Driver comes anytime soon.

Seen this on Stake a few weeks ago.
Spent two and a half minute in demo mode just to realize it's a pure reskin of Le Bandit.

But NLC decide to not make it happen.
I won't rate a game 10/10 if there's one or more major cons.
MAJOR PROS
Much more fun added into the base game. While the periscope wild isn't that powerful and exciting, having way more opportunity to assemble and launch a torpedo can be super exciting. Glad they made the torpedo way more accessible to everyone, both base game players and bonus buyers.
Animated characters, along with some sound effects. Plus the intro/outro for bonus rounds, all are pretty well designed. I also think the voiceover when periscope wild didn't work is well designed.
New 5S bonus being a combination of 3S and 4S bonus, and can bring the excitement to a new level. And a price tag of 750x is quite acceptable.
MINOR PROS
4S bonus begins with a preloaded torpedo and can be used repeatedly is a good idea.
NEUTRAL
For the art style I do prefer the original Das xBoot slightly over the sequel
A bit too many bonus tease with xBet. Haven't tested the game without xBet tho.
4500x Golden Torpedo spin. Not a bonus buy or God Mode spin, but still insanely volatile, just like the 3200x xMENTAL spin. But since players still have a very slightly chance of hitting it directly (I believe it's less than 1 in a Million), this is not a plus nor a minus, thus end up in the neutral area.
The pattern of certain wins feels unnatural (aka "scripted"), but still within a bearable level.
Many animations seems to work at a much faster pace compare to the original Das xBoot.
MINOR CONS
Golden boat drive thru too frequent, seeing it 10 or more times per 1000 spin can't be justified.. Just imagine Mental 2's xMENTAL feature keeps teasing you nonstop with red fire frames.
Max Win music. Just like Breakout's God Mode sound effect when Mr.P lands, feels weird and out of place.
MAJOR CONS
During the early access week there's some visual bugs. Some of those got patched within a day or two, others weren't. Early access should not be an excuse to present a game with some very noticeable bugs.
Extra spin. This might be acceptable to some, but it always cause me to feel uncomfortable. To me, the only thing it does, is implying the greediness behind it, and will always be a reason (or excuse) for a minus on my side. Same is true for any game that requires 4 or more Scatters for a bonus trigger, and 3 Scatters won't do anything good to the player besides pissing them off.

Quite interesting concept, spreading wilds looks pretty satisfying.
Background music is decent, but sound effects are weird:
When bonus tease fails, the laughing sound (supposedly taunting the broken thopter) adds more pain on top of the failed bonus trigger tease.
That gramophone winning sound is weird.
And, that vehicle on the left just keeps making buzzing sound during the 4S bonus, I don't know what's the point of it, besides annoy me even more when the 4S bonus isn't doing good.
3S Bonus, Sticky Wild with its multiplier keeps doubling every time a Gas Canister affects it, sounds good? Unfortunately, more often than not, you won't have a chance to get any sticky wild because it's quite difficult to get a wild with multi. So many bad ones 15x or lower but I just can't find any good one 200x or above. Are they trying to make a game that belongs to the list of "<=10Kx Max Win but still insane volatility"?
4S Bonus is much better, except I was expecting more: when it says guaranteed wild every spin, I thought it guarantees a new wild to land every spin, but in reality once you get a sticky wild, there's no guarantee you'll land more wild during the bonus.
*My personal win loss did affect the Rating a bit, as losing ~3500x (-500x on Duel, -1000x on Stake and -2000x on CSGO500), using the 3x extra bet. I got 0 wins that's 300x wins never happened to me on hacksaw games prior to this.

Wilds that spreads directional and might bounce when hitting a force field is much more fun than those "traditionial wild reels" from hacksaw.
And having those wild spread diagonally makes it easier for a wild line win. Although 5 Wild is only worth 10x, it still looks quite satisfying to me.

First glance, it's a reskin of The Crypt, it even got the guaranteed xWays every spin during the bonus. And it's from a provider I've never heard of.
But graphics are much better, along with a final showdown phase for 4S bonus that can be quite exciting.
97% RTP is always a plus.
