By accessing and using Bigwinboard.com, including participating in promotions, giveaways, commenting, or any other interactive features (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). By using this site, you agree to waive any claim against Bigwinboard related to gambling activity, promotional participation, or community moderation decisions. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

Bigwinboard is an independent iGaming review and community website. We do not operate an online casino, accept wagers, or handle deposits/withdrawals.

Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Services or participate in promotions. By using the Services, you confirm you are 18+ and that accessing gambling-related content is lawful in your location. We may request age/identity verification at any time and may suspend or terminate access if verification is not provided.

Account Security & One Account Policy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Account sharing, selling, or creating multiple accounts may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and/or account closure.

Promotions & Giveaways

Participation in promotions, giveaways, or competitions may require proof of real-money slot play at third-party online casinos (e.g., screenshots, logs). All gambling activity remains solely between you and the casino.

  • Bigwinboard is not a casino and does not process deposits, wagers, or withdrawals.
  • No refunds or compensation will be provided for money spent at casinos in connection with a promotion.
  • Promotions are provided as community rewards and goodwill extras. They are not services sold to participants, and no user is entitled to refunds or damages related to participation.
  • Eligibility & jurisdiction: Promotions are void where prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful where you reside. We may restrict access based on jurisdiction, legal, or compliance reasons.
  • Verification: We may require identity, age, jurisdiction, and entry authenticity checks, including requesting original, unedited screenshots or game logs/metadata. Failure to pass verification may result in disqualification.
  • Anti-abuse: Bigwinboard may disqualify or ban any participant at its sole discretion, including where cheating, abuse, manipulation, or rule-breaking is suspected, regardless of whether conclusive proof is presented publicly. To protect the integrity of promotions, we are not obligated to disclose the full basis of decisions. All decisions are final, without liability or compensation.
  • Prizes: We may substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes/fees. We may publicly announce winners (subject to applicable privacy laws).
  • We reserve the right to alter, amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.

User Accounts & Community Rules

By registering or posting, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
  • Content must not be false, defamatory, hateful, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, or spam.
  • Abuse, harassment, spam, self-promotion, or posting on behalf of third parties (including casinos/affiliates) is prohibited.
  • We may remove, edit, or block any user content or accounts without prior notice.
  • You grant Bigwinboard a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your content in connection with the Services and promotions.
  • We may moderate content at our discretion but are not obligated to monitor all content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: harass or abuse others; post unlawful/defamatory/obscene content; upload malware; scrape, spider, mine, or harvest data (including via bots/automated tools); train or fine-tune AI systems on our content; impersonate others; bypass geo-filters/rate limits/access controls; or engage in any activity that could harm the integrity or security of the Services or promotions.

Intellectual Property

All original content on Bigwinboard (including reviews, articles, logos, design, images, and custom tools) is owned by Bigwinboard unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without prior written permission. Automated scraping, copying, or AI-based rewriting of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including cease-and-desist orders, DMCA/takedowns, claims for damages, and lawsuits. Any unauthorised commercial exploitation of our content is prohibited.

Independence & Third-Party Links

Bigwinboard is not a casino operator. We review games and provide information for entertainment purposes only. Some links are affiliate links—we may earn a commission if you sign up or make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our editorial content. We do not control third-party sites/casinos and are not responsible for their terms, policies, or actions. If you connect social accounts, information may be shared per your social platform settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Service Changes

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services; remove content; restrict or terminate access; and deactivate accounts at any time, at our sole discretion and without liability.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, DDoS attacks, acts of government, epidemics, labour disputes, or natural disasters.

Limitation of Liability

Bigwinboard will not be liable for:

  • Any losses, costs, or damages arising from your gambling activity, including play carried out in connection with a promotion.
  • Claims for refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for gambling activity undertaken to enter a promotion.
  • Inability to participate due to jurisdictional restrictions, technical issues, or disqualification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bigwinboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the lesser of SEK 1,000 or the total amount paid by you to us (if any) during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful (including intent, gross negligence, or personal injury).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bigwinboard, its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your content or conduct; (ii) your participation in promotions (including falsified/manipulated entries or screenshots); or (iii) your breach of these Terms.

Notice & Takedown (EU “Notice-and-Action”)

If you believe content on Bigwinboard is illegal or infringes rights, email contact@bigwinboard.com with: (i) your full name and contact details; (ii) the exact URL(s) and description of the content; (iii) the legal basis for your notice; and (iv) a good-faith accuracy statement. We will review and act where appropriate.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms at any time and without further notice. Please check this page regularly to review updates. Your continued use of Bigwinboard.com after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Unless mandatory consumer rights dictate otherwise, Swedish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect (severability). Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign as part of a reorganisation or transfer. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bigwinboard regarding the Services, and survive account closure where relevant.
