I think this is just something we will have to get used to. I can't see how developers are going to be able to maintain 96%+ rtp with all these ridiculous regulations that are supposedly put in place to "help" players, but ultimately only benefits the regulator that can hit casinos with ridiculous fines. On top of that they have also increased taxes. Something's gotta give.
