Three cats are trying to sneak into a nightclub guarded by a mouse, with the action taking place in a grubby back alley filled with rubbish, pigeons and other suitably scruffy details. More importantly, the cats aren't just decorative characters. They move around the reels, collect cash and collide with one another, with the number of Cats appearing determining which feature activates.

The feature ends once neither event occurs, at which point the values accumulated by the Cats are paid.

Landing all 3 Cats activates 9 Lives Free Games with 9 spins. All three remain in play throughout the feature, moving around the grid after each spin while collecting Coin values. Cats can collide multiple times during the same round, allowing their accumulated amounts to develop as the feature progresses. Regular payline wins are paid alongside the collection mechanic, and the final values held by all three Cats are added to the bonus total after the ninth spin. There is no retrigger.

Players can increase the base stake by 50% using Extra Bet, which improves the likelihood of Cat symbols appearing. Cats Collect works largely because Playtech has made the characters part of the mechanics rather than simply sticking cats on a conventional cash-collect game. Watching them move around the grid, gather Coins and clash gives both Respins and Free Games some personality, while the nightclub scenario is suitably ridiculous. The 95.66% RTP is less impressive, and the absence of a disclosed maximum payout makes its overall potential difficult to judge. Mechanically, however, the moving collectors provide enough of a twist to separate Cats Collect from the many slots where cash symbols simply wait to be gathered.
