Gamdom is taking more than 48 hours for deposits

Hi everyone,

have anyone noticed in decline in Gamdoms support quality? I made a deposit 2 days ago which didnt hit my wallet and reached out to support.  The responses i got were as below, when asked what the problem was and when it would be fixed:

1. It will take a few days, if we are busy it will take longer.

2. ETA is 24-48 hours, but it can take longer, kindly wait.

3. The deposit was bank to USD wallet deposit- when asked what the issue was- it is stuck in the blockchain. When i asked why a bank deposit was stuck on blockchain, the only answer was “ah,my bad”. This was 36 hours after reporting the issue.

4. it has now been 48 hours but the customer service is extremely terrible. I am not being told this will be fixed on business days only. A casino saying that they dont work Saturdays and Sundays. Which would mean even if players had deposit/withdrawal issues, they wouldnt be supported over the weekend.

@daniel, anyone- i have been a long standing member of Gamdom, even was a VIP at some point and wagered MM USD , is there anyone who can provide me better support from Gamdom, because the current support team is just not doing it.
