I'm sorry to hear that man. I got pissed off with my losses last month so I made a written commitment to take a break from gambling (with an exception of joining this forum's giveaways 😆), which has helped me from losing money in slots. That's something I can recommend 👍 -4000€ sucks but it is even more dangerous to keep gambling in hopes of covering the losses.
@okboi122 I know the feeling, it's disgusting. The best thing you can do is not to chase but to walk away and take a long good break. If it's not fun and gambling is just causing you stress, you shouldn't gamble at all. It's not worth it. There are many more productive fun things you can do with your time and money.
@okboi122 i feel sad to hear that buddy! I know that feelings, take a break for sometimes or forever will be better, take a motorbike trip for one or two days will help bring back your life mood buddy! I always doing that when shite happens on my gambling activities.

Gamble with responsibility, never gamble the money you can't afford it, never gamble money where u need for your irl and basic things.

Bro, don't get upset. Just set some limits for yourself. But remember, it's just money.
