Videoslots withdraw limit

I just tried to withdraw 12 000 sek from Videoslots when I got a message that the highest daily withdraw is 10 000 sek. And because I tried to withdraw a bigger amount it counted as a withdraw that reset my withdraw limit. Making it impossible for me cashing out a single sek.

Videoslot said that the daily withdraw limit was due to Swedens corona gambling restrictions. But Ive withdrawed bigger amounts earlier this week at other casinos.

Last time I ever played at Videoslots.

I've had this happen to me too! It's madness! I've asked around and they are flat out lying. There is no such restrictions. No other casino licensed by Spelinspektionen has this. I even wrote Spelinspektionen about it, but they are not doing anything about it. However, I recently read that they have fined Videoslots for breaching the deposit limits.

It's totally crazy that this has not been discussed more elsewhere. Videoslots why are you lying about these supposed regulations?

@trazke that's why I stopped playing there. I couldn't believe what I saw when I got the notification. It sounded so ridiculous I thought I had been hacked. How in the world is that supposed to protect players lmfao. Anyway, since it would take me ages to get paid if I would hit big I decided to take my money ang go elsewhere.

It's sad to see what vs has become. They went from being the best casino in the world to just a mediocre one. Payouts are still fast, but there are many places now where you get paid instantly and who don't have withdrawal limits LOL

I wonder if this is how the VS management came to this decision with withdrawals limits?

@trazke if they would have locked withdrawal it would make a bit more sense, but from what I remember they don't? It's extremely dumb. I suspect they do this because swedes are less valuable as players now since they can only deposit 5k per week. If they wish to have these despicable terms, at least be honest about it and stop lying and claiming it's rules coming from regulators. We are not idiots.
