How do i change profile picture here?

I’m trying to change my profile picture on the Accounts tab, anyone else that has my problem where it doesn’t have an option to add a new profile picture, or is this an exclusive thing for specific players/users?

when i signed up i somehow already had a pic of myself as my pfp. i just signed up yesterday and im still wondering how this happened lol
