BTG Error Code

Hi dudes,

Since 3-4 Weeks, i got a Strange Error If i Open the Game "Gold Megaways"

ITS Something linke : Remote_Config_Load_Error...

Can someone Bring light in the darkness?

I had the exact same thing happen to me on several occasions. Takes a while before it starts working again for me. Pretty annoying.

This happens to me on relax gaming I just have a black loading screen even though I've deleted all cache and cookies although switched to another Web browser and seemed to work for now

Mr Bigwinboard himself had the same error while recording a bonus hunt couple days ago

Oh my God so Crazy 

I had the same problem with another btg game,after support kept saying the usual clear cookies ,cache etc the finaly contacted btg who fixed something or their end
