Usually when we talk about casino streamers and fake money streaming, it's always the casinos who get the blame (well, aside from the streamer of course). For example, Stake have taken a lot of heart for this obviously. But something that is rarely spoken about is the game providers and their role in all of this. They are literally getting away without any consequences at all.
So hear me out on this. What do the biggest fake streamers have in common? They all play on Stake. What else? They tend to mostly go for Hacksaw Gaming and Pragmatic Play. Why is that? Because these two providers make particularly amazing games? I find that hard to believe. So what if, for example, Hacksaw has a deal with Stake or are even owned by them (in part or fully). That would mean they could do whatever the fuck they want without limitation.
Stake is licensed in Curacao, which we all know means fuck all. They could basically do anything with the games they put up. Imagine then them being in bed with Hacksaw. That would mean Hacksaw could basically create demo versions and serve special versions to special streamer accounts. Basically, those fake streamers could be playing 100% RTP versions and with higher win rathers or whatever.
It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if this was true. People need to stop focusing only on the streamers and casinos. The game providers play a huge part in this, I am very convinced of that. Since it's out of the hands of the trustable regulators, these scammers can do just about anything they want. And when it comes to making money, people can be veeeery creative. Would it be so strange, when considering all of this, that the fake streamers might actually play special versions of the slots? I think not!
And this might not only be limited to Stake and crypto streamers! I actually enjoy watching slot streamers but I am starting to realize how rotten it is. These are not just some amateur streamers having fun playing slots. These are cartels, big companies and entities getting involved. If this is true, it's highly inappropriate for game providers to get directly involved with streamers in any way shape or form.
Of course, everyone knows Hacksaw and pragmatic have been in close relationship with classybeef, roshtein and those cunts. I have stopped playing their games for that very reason.
@jammingjan I know for a fact that many casinos reach out directly to game providers asking for GGR discount, or as they tend to phrase it (other types of ways to collaborate) which likely means they're looking for fake options. So I wouldn't trust any provider. But if you see a crypto streamer favoring a particular game provider, then you likely now there is a special deal in place with that provider. Everything is fake in this industry. Casino streaming is just bullshit, all of it. Cannot trust anyone.
@JammingJan I totally disagree with you, providers do b2b business and as in most industries they don't even have a direct contract with the casino but through a company that aggregates the product and then this company resells to someone like Stake. This is done as there are so many games and payment providers these days that casinos can't hire enough developers to integrate with everyone directly so they go through an aggregator for a small fee.
Also if you are a big provider how are you supposed to keep up with everyone's marketing strategy? Do you blame Bacardi if a shop sells its product to someone who is underaged? It is the provider's responsibility to take that the operator is licensed, like it or not Curacao is an approved license in the industry, so providers have done their part. Now it is up to the licensing authorities to hold a casino responsible for their marketing practices. What has surprised me is that nobody has mentioned how Stake has been able to get a UK license after everything that's been going on.
@mrgamble mate, Hacksaw are shady as fuck. There are even rumours circulating that they are owned by Stake, in full or partly. The Curacao license isn't worth shit, come on, you should know that. There are good reasons why shady casinos opt for a Curacao license rather than a reputable one from the EU. Plus the player protection is non existent. There is no doubt some providers are doing some shady shit together with shady casinos like Stake for marketing purposes. It's already been established that they lower the fees so it won't cost the casinos anything when trainwrecks does his silly $10k spins on Wanted 🙄
there is no doubt in my mind that both hacksaw and pragmatic have some kind of deals with Stake because that is the only thing the paid crypto streamers play. I would probably also add Push Gaming to the list.
I think all the provides, well, all big providers are shady as fk in the dark basement. Who knows what is all behind on the road from developers/providers all the way up to us.Â
But one thing is that, there are so much money (we are really talking about millsssz monthly ) involved that it cannot be single one provider and casino clean out of shady stuff. I am sure for that kind of cashflow, some stuff are going on from any big provider towards us. In simple grocery store chain my friend is owner and asking for 10.000 pounds per month to have one brand of bottle water to be in 1st row next to entrance - cause its gives more sales.. so.. I am sure within millions of cashflow, there are people in the right spots to overcome licenses, which gives me one more example of even licenses officers are getting "service fee" for "extra work" or "personal gift like you get extra pen when buying notepad" from one big known company chain in EU. And nobody can say or do shit about it cause its legal this way 😉
So.. even providers that are top noch, I am sure they have ways of control things and avoiding things and pre-set things up for the promo, cashflow, deals with streamers, reviews, casinos... etc. Might be special version of the game RTP RGN, might be demo mode without simple text demo in there, 300, 500 % bonus on deposits from providers/casinos, might be something in the coding of the games - noone tells you that and I wouldn't tell you that if I will be involved and getting so much cash for it, for sure 🙂
@gameroom holy shit, no wonder they are so popular lol.
I agree with one of my predecessors here. Do you blame the alcohol manufacturer for creating alcoholism or selling to minors? I suspect not. So why do you approach games differently?
While we discussing this. I got a question. When we play slots, to What server are we connected to? For example it says Yggdrasil powered by Gati, where Gati is the platform. Or fr example Hacksaw, powered by Relax. What exactly does that mean and What exactly is a platform? Sorry for seem to be a noob here, but just trying to unserstand it all.
how does it all affect us regular slot players?Â
