So when you are logged in, the button is supposed to say "join" but you see "register"?
I have the same problem just register button and when I click it redirects to home page of this site even though I am logged into my account here

I logged out of my account and then clicked the register button and logged in and it worked

Again hit the same bug which was mentioned above
Now impossible "resume" the game, only "register" button, tried to relogin - did not help, problem still there

Register button not working. Once I click the page getting refreshed and displaying same page. Seems it's same issue for more people
@vmandad this is a known issue. You need to clear browser cash or hard refresh with shift + refresh button.
