hello everyone,

1. are bonus buys allowed and how are they counted. is a 200x win with a 100x bonus buy a 2x or 200x for the giveaway?

2. same question for extra bets. lets say i win 20€ win a basebet 0,2€ but my total bet was 0,4€ due to the extrabet. is the result 100x bet or 50x for the promo?
