Piggy Pop Grand Affair 2 feels a bit like AvatarUX looking at one of its most successful formulas and asking a simple question: what happens if we make everything bigger? The answer, unsurprisingly, is more PopWins.

Instead, they split into two symbols, causing reels to grow taller and increasing the number of potential ways to win. The standard version launches the bonus on an already enlarged grid, while the more expensive option skips straight to a fully expanded 5x9 setup. That tells you everything you need to know about the game's priorities. The real appeal isn't the base game. It's getting the grid as large as possible and letting the modifiers take over.
To be fair, there is still something satisfying about watching a huge PopWins grid come alive. The mechanic remains capable of producing entertaining chains when everything clicks into place. It's just becoming increasingly difficult to shake the feeling that AvatarUX has been serving the same meal for years while occasionally changing the wallpaper.
