However, scratch beneath the skin and 1001 Mystery Genie Fortunes is light to the point of being non-existent.
Perhaps the biggest meh, is its 1,234x the bet top win. It's a pleasingly ascending group of figures but a low number when talking about winning potential in this day and age. Numbers aren't the be-all and end-all of a slot, but still, factor in the less than 1 in a billion probability of max exposure, and double meh. Too bad, because Play'n GO has rejigged the features, adding Expanding Wilds, multipliers, and respin streaks to the mix. They were okay when they were humming along, but the show is held back by unexciting Instant Prizes, including the relatively unexciting in the grand scheme of things 1,001x Mega value.
If anything, 1001 Mystery Genie Fortunes was even less impressive than Mystery Genie Fortunes of the Lamp was. The novelty of the blue lady genie has lessened, winning potential has lessened, and while 1001 Mystery Genie Fortunes is a stylishly presented, slickly executed game, its limitations overpowered the good things it can do.
Despite the upbeat on hols attitude, 1001 Mystery Genie Fortunes is even weaker than its predecessor.
