777 Money Strike Slot

777 Money Strike takes Red Tiger's familiar 777 formula and adds two separate bonus systems built around progression and upgrades. Visually, this is very much an old-school fruit machine, with sevens, coins and the usual classic slot imagery filling a straightforward 5x3, 10-payline layout. The retro approach is clearly intentional, although the presentation could certainly have benefited from something a little more modern.

The first major feature is Free Spins, triggered by landing 3 Scatters on reels 1, 3 and 5. This starts with 7 spins, but the important moment comes on the final spin, where the feature has a chance to retrigger and upgrade into Win Spins. At this stage, every remaining spin guarantees a win. Another successful retrigger on the seventh Win Spin takes things one step further into Wild Spins, where wins remain guaranteed and any Wild that appears becomes sticky for the remainder of the feature. Reaching every stage therefore produces a maximum run of 21 spins.

The Piggy Bonus takes a different approach and is arguably the more interesting of the two features. It can activate randomly when coins land, after which only Coins, Wilds and blanks appear. Every collected Coin advances the Piggy meter, with 12 unlocking another 7 spins where at least one Wild is guaranteed on every spin. Collecting another 12 upgrades the feature again, awarding 7 further spins where landed Wilds become sticky and remain in place while collecting Coin values. It isn't a particularly original concept, but being able to see exactly how many Coins are still needed for the next upgrade makes the progression surprisingly engaging.

There are also three direct feature options where available. Coin Spin costs 10x the bet, Piggy Bonus costs 50x, and Free Spins costs 70x. The top standard RTP is a respectable 96.10%, while the game operates with high volatility and a 20.25% hit frequency. The maximum win is slightly less straightforward, with different configurations and sources quoting different figures. The standard factsheet lists 12,813x, while a separate feature-buy configuration reaches 15,984x.

777 Money Strike turned out to be considerably more entertaining than its fairly ordinary appearance initially suggests. There is nothing particularly innovative about another retro 777 slot with Free Spins, Sticky Wilds and collected Coins, but the progression systems are implemented well enough to keep things moving. The Piggy Bonus is the highlight, as watching the meter approach its next 12-Coin target provides a much clearer sense of progression than simply hoping for a random retrigger.

The dated presentation won't be to everyone's taste, but with solid RTP, respectable win potential and bonuses that become increasingly rewarding as they progress, 777 Money Strike is a fairly well made addition to Red Tiger's long-running series.
