View botting has long plagued the world of live streaming, and has once again come to the forefront of discussions. As slot streamers look to stand out in an increasingly competitive environment, many utilise fake viewers to artificially inflate viewer counts and manipulate the platform’s algorithms. Most recently, popular streamer Trainwreckstv has accused fellow streamer Roshtein of not only employing fake viewers but also engaging in deceitful gambling practices.
Recently, Trainwreckstv has been observed publicly hating on former partners Hacksaw and Pragmatic Play with stream titles such as “NOLIMIT CITY ONLY – MY HACKSAW AND PRAGMATIC SLOTS ARE ALL TRASH”, and now also appears to have fallen out with Roshtein as well.
In a Youtube clip that was uploaded in March 2023 by user “VIO_CSGO”, Roshtein can be seen engaging in a heated debate with Trainwreckstv during what appears to be a chat-only stream. Before calling Roshtein out on the view botting matter, Trainwreckstv accuses Roshtein of being dishonest in the way he portrays gambling. In the clip Trainwrecks uses Roshtein’s bonus hunts as an example, saying:
“Let’s say you spend eight million dollars to get all the bonuses for a bonus hunt, can you come live on stream and say, guys, I spent two million dollars getting all these bonuses. You and I both know that if it took eight million to get those bonuses…what the truth actually is, that’s what I’m referring to.”
In response to Roshtein’s claims that he doesn’t only calculate the result of the bonus hunt itself but the total outcome of the session, Trainwreckstv fires back by saying:
“So you’re telling me if I go to the end of most of your vods it’s not going to say you had a profit day? So that day, when you said you had a 33 million profit day, you and I both know what the actual profit was. I’m telling you, that day that you had a 33 million dollar day, it wasn’t a 33 million dollar day, but you sold it as that. That’s the problem.”
When Roshtein admits to covering his losses with the help of casino affiliation, Trainwreckstv questions whether Roshtein accurately represents the reality of gambling.
Although Roshtein maintains that affiliation is the only way he can sustain his gambling habits, he has long been accused by community members of playing with fake funds and sponsored money, thus taking no real risks.
At around six minutes into the clip, Trainwreckstv bluntly asks Roshtein if he believes that he is honest in showing the reality of gambling, to which Roshtein responds, “yeah,” after a few seconds of confused contemplation. The conversation then shifts to view botting, where tensions escalate. Watch the full clip here:
