Overall, Henry 8th Calves of Steel delivers a fairly entertaining central mechanic and wraps it in a, let's say memorable, theme. The walking wild system creates tension and anticipation every time it lands, while the premium free spins feature can generate some impressive multiplier combinations. The biggest drawback is the lower-tier bonus, which builds a Global Multiplier only to leave it inactive unless an upgrade occurs. It is a frustrating design choice that prevents the game from its full potential. Even so, the strong RTP, unique presentation, and engaging walking wild mechanic make this a decent release.
