I completely understand what you’re talking about, because I’ve had almost the same experience with Pragmatic Play. Over the past few months, I’ve purchased dozens of bonuses in top games like Gates of Olympus Super Scatter and Sugar Rush. And what I noticed: the average multiplier is often far below the advertised potential. In top games, I often get 0–50x for a bonus purchase that costs 100x, which completely destroys the purpose of the feature and makes it extremely unprofitable.
I’ve documented every spin, every bonus purchase, with screenshots and video. I can say one thing: this is a systemic problem, not random chance. I’ve seen that RTP for my account is clearly lowered, and winnings are reduced without explanation. Unfortunately, complaints to both the provider and the casino are ignored.
In my experience, new releases are often just reskins of old games with the same issues. And when I see streamers or bloggers getting better results, it raises suspicion that for regular players, the game session is configured differently than for public displays.
So I completely share your frustration. And this is not just a subjective opinion: it’s a verified and documented fact, confirmed by dozens of hours of gameplay and dozens of bonus purchases that returned on average 0–50x instead of the promised 100x+.
I have documented my own experience: technical malfunctions in Pragmatic Play slots, sudden RTP drops, denied tournament participation, and ignored complaints to regulators. Not a single report has been reviewed on its merits. And yet, the system treats those who expose these issues as if they were the problem.
I invite anyone who has experienced the same issues with Pragmatic Play — low bonus multipliers, manipulated RTP, ignored complaints, and systemic problems in top games — to join me on LinkedIn. Let’s document our experiences, share evidence, and make the issues visible to the wider community. The more players speak out, the harder it is for the industry to continue silencing us.
Yeah I feel you on that, lately the bonuses on Pragmatic have been super underwhelming, it’s like you’re paying 100x just to get back 20x or less most of the time. I don’t mind a bit of variance, but when it happens over and over it really kills the fun. And I agree, a lot of the new releases feel like recycled versions of the same games, I don’t think it’s a scam though, it’s just part of the game dynamics and variance, but still pretty frustrating when it keeps happening
@karlrrissey This is not about a single session. The same situation keeps happening with disturbing consistency — I haven’t had a single meaningful win in the past year. At this point, it’s not about “variance” anymore, but about a systematic pattern that cannot be dismissed as mere randomness.
Appeal to Pragmatic Play Pragmatic, stop lying to players. For years you’ve been hiding behind words like “volatility,” “long-term RTP,” and “certified RNGs,” yet in reality you never respond to a single concrete complaint. Players are recording technical crashes, tournament restrictions, sharp drops in RTP, and a complete lack of returns — and in response they only hear empty templates. Where are the investigations? Where are the reports? Where is the transparency? Why does every complaint turn into a stream of excuses instead of facts? I state this directly: you are stealing money under the cover of a mythical “license” and non-existent oversight. Your silence and constant disregard are the clearest proof that RTP and the fairness of your games are manipulated. https://lnkd.in/dsEdPyzH

That video sample is too small, this slot, like Gates of Olympus 1000 is extremely volatile because of it's max win.
A single max win offsets 515 bonus that don't hit a single time (just the scatter pay from the trigger), and that would be a 100% rtp.
With the same 100% rtp, and if the bonus average is 10$ payout, a single max win offsets 1000 bonus, at 96% it offsets 1040 bonus.
Now, if you add to the mix the occasional bonus that pays 500x-1000x, that gap gets even bigger.
The truth is that pragmatic switched to have more volatility in the bonuses, you have way less decent bonuses around 100x-300x, but when you hit that 1 in 100k or 200k bonus, you win way more than before
Thank you for raising your concerns about the RTP you experienced as part of your earlier session on Gates of Olympus Super Scatter. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage shown for slot games is a long-term theoretical average calculated over millions and millions of game rounds. It does not apply to individual sessions or even a few thousand spins. In your case, you had a session of 13 bonus buys on Gates of Olympus Super Scatter. With such a small sample size, it is not possible to draw any conclusions about RTP. Results over such few rounds swing significantly in either direction - this is the nature of gambling, and especially true for high volatility games like this one. High volatility means results are more unevenly distributed - long stretches of smaller wins or losses are common, with occasional larger wins. Looking at your overall activity with us, you have wagered €24,657.47 across 39,681 spins. While this may feel like a lot, from a statistical perspective it is still a very small sample size compared to the millions of rounds RTP is based on. Variance and volatility therefore heavily influence short-term results. It’s important to emphasize that:
All our games are provided by licensed, certified providers.
Results are determined by independently tested Random Number Generators (RNGs), ensuring they cannot be rigged or influenced.
We completely understand that experiencing losses can be frustrating, but please be assured that what you are seeing is consistent with the mathematics and volatility profile of the game. Gambling outcomes can only be understood over the very long term, and in the short term, results will naturally vary greatly.
@imbob115 yea for example the big bass games haha they copied it like 20 times
