    1.
Deposit, or gamble the bonus funds to an appropriate amount.
    Usually 300x-400x.
    2.
Spin without changing the game, until one of the following event occurs.
    (1) Balance reached withdrawal goal: withdrawal, session ended.
    (2) Balance below 100x: I tend to stop and buy bonus, or use other method to gamble it back to 300x+
    (3) Hit a 500x, or played 500 spins, or wagered 750x: I may or may not switch to another game.

Withdrawal goal is predetermined, based on deposit amount and displayed fiat currency. At least for Q3 all those numbers are predetermined at the end of Q2.
If I reached 90% of the goal, I might go play some Video Poker until my balance reaches 100% of the goal (withdrawal) or 80% or the goal (back to slots).
Maximum bet per round is 3% of my withdrawal goal. And it must be the built-in native version of video poker. This option is unavailable on some sites such as Roobet although you can play Evolution Live video poker but I'm very against it.

The goal is within a reasonable range, usually a 800x+ will be enough, and with a 1000x+ win my balance usually goes much higher than my goal. If the biggest win in a session is only a single 100x-300x then it's kind of hard to "force" a withdrawal.

"The optimal strategy is to choose the option that gives most amount of the fun in a given period of the time, as well as playing on the casino with the best reward program you can find."
I consider this 50% joke/meme 50% serious, but however I'm not following the strategy mentioned above at this moment.
For part 1 the answer should be obvious: Bonus Buy. Although some might prefer Featurespins, or some expensive super spin from NLC / ELK. That's also an option.
For part 2 I suggest Roobet (Not dropping my referral link here, also make sure to DYOR)

I don't have a real strategy, I just change bets often and quickly ;-)

New slots 100-150 spins or 3-5 bonus buys

    For special features until done

    For example:

Immortal Romance 2 1000 spins for unlocking wild desire bonus buy

Wild Swarm 2 for Swarm mode triggering

    Best strategy:

Not continue after big win, directly cashout

Not make second, third...... deposits after lose. Keep calm and try your chance after a few days

I keep it simple: play tight in early positions, aggressive in good spots, and avoid marginal situations.
Most of my edge comes from discipline, game selection, and not forcing action when it isn’t there.

I usually play until I get that “time to stop” feeling, whether I’ve won or lost. I generally set a loss limit for myself, and if a slot is no longer fun, I simply move on to another one
