I cannot talk on behalf of the admin but I would imagine the prizes just haven't been sent out yet, it's only been 13 days and sometimes can take up to a month or so.

The cash prize tournaments has some technical issues atm. After around 160 spins the tournament suddenly think 300 spins are completed. It happened multiple times after this, but I managed to complete all spins after reloading the slot some times. If you guys experience this, just reload the page, or start over from the slide-menu.

The idea was make local currency for buying local stuff.
Maybe in the future you can spend them.
