It continues the pirate theme established in the earlier Dark Waters titles, placing the reels in front of a ghostly ship drifting through misty seas. The game runs on high volatility with a maximum win of 5,000x the bet and a hit frequency of 30.39%, meaning wins appear reasonably often but tend to vary in size.
Wins are created by landing at least three matching symbols on adjacent reels starting from the left. Card ranks form the lower-paying symbols, while themed icons such as bottles, knives, hats, guns and anchors offer slightly higher payouts. The wild symbol substitutes regular symbols but does not replace money symbols, token symbols or collect symbols.
Money symbols can appear anywhere on the reels and carry values between 0.5x and 10x the bet, or one of four jackpots: Mini (15x), Minor (40x), Major (200x) and Mega (5,000x). When a collect symbol lands, the value of all money symbols from that spin is added together and paid out.
