Bigwinboard: Congratulations on one-year of Dream Drop! From the outside, it looks to have been a huge success so far.
Daniel Eskola: Dream Drop Jackpots was a knock-out success from day 1. When it hit game screens in May ’22, the mechanic took off like wildfire, so much so that it made a millionaire within its first 6 weeks and has dropped every 1.5 months on average ever since!
In 12 months, we’ve made 8 millionaires, over 100 major winners of almost €50,000, and attracted over 2 million unique players; numbers that speak volumes of the entertainment that this passion project provides.
Bigwinboard: What was the most rewarding part about achieving the goal of making frequent winners?
Daniel Eskola: There’s no better feeling than knowing your product changed someone’s life for the better. Just last week, we received feedback from one of our Mega winners that gave us all goosebumps, he said:

Bigwinboard: Making eight millionaires in twelve months is no mean feat, what does it take to develop such a lucrative and rewarding jackpot slot?
Daniel Eskola: As players ourselves, we had a clear idea of what was missing from the jackpot scene early on. We took our time gathering feedback and getting to grips with what the next big thing in the jackpot space would look like and built up the dream of our jackpot mechanic.
For us, it boiled down to a few key areas: the frequency of jackpot drops and the experience of the game. The market was lacking high-rewarding, adrenaline-pumping jackpot titles, and we set out to create just that. With top-notch mathematicians on our side, we released a product that dropped more frequently than anything else on the market and entertained crowds like never before.

Daniel Eskola: Launching with a legacy title like Temple Tumble 2 was a perfect way to ease our players into experimenting with our product. The combination of familiarity and freshness set the tone for the dopamine-inducing Dream Drop Jackpot mechanic and set us on the fast track to success.
Since then, we’ve launched 18 games, paired with brand-new titles and some golden oldies, and we’re not about to slow down. We’ve got some groundbreaking combinations coming to casinos in Q3, with Money Train Origins Dream Drop steaming down the tracks this June, and we’re excited to see our studio partners adding to the Dream Drop roadmap this year. Bigwinboard: Are you making any changes to the mechanic now that you’ve had a year to monitor its progress?
Daniel Eskola: We’ve got one tweak up our sleeves this year, and it’s set to keep the Mega pot dropping almost every month and the millionaire momentum up to pace.
The change will see the Mega pot capped at the life-changing amount of €3,000,000 as opposed to growing progressively heavier jackpots but dropping less often. Our goal was always to stand apart for being the fastest millionaire-maker in the space, and we’re sticking to our guns with Dream Drop.
