To be fair, it did feel like a take-it-or-leave-it game by the end of the review, don't get us wrong, but there could be a certain amount of entertainment to be extracted here for the right person.

One would assume the right person in question isn't someone super keen on chasing down the biggest mind-melting winning potential on the block, as Eternal Empress Freeze Time is capped at the, yeah, alright figure of 4,888x the bet. A fair figure, really, for what the game has going on, such as Ruby symbols collecting cash prize symbols that get quite chunky-ish at the upper end of the pay scale. It was quite neat repeat collecting a sizable value during Freeze Time. And, what sets Eternal Empress Freeze Time apart from the pack mechanically, or at least it tries to, is the Time Freeze idea. Like the rest of Eternal Empress Freeze Time, this part was alright as well. Not the next big thing, perhaps, but hey, it's not without a touch of uniqueness.

Others have tinkered with time before, memorably so in 4ThePlayer's 60 Second Heist as well as Push Gaming's Joker Troupe and Land of Zenith. Eternal Empress Freeze Time wasn't quite as memorable, but it might be a better fit for a less demanding, let's say, more casual crowd than the sort of highly strung maniacal lunacy pouring forth from some of Push Gaming's bigger bangers by comparison.
