Tsars...lost my money..

Hi I opened an account on Tsars..i used the welcome bonus by 200 euro..and recived the 100 procent bonus..
I played for some days..ant the 13 i left mu sum by 8.80 euro...
I did not notice.. that,, as they now told me..had to make more deposit in a short while.. to keep up my sum -
So when i got to my account today d 15 april..the sum was 0.00.. what..
i got to the online chat to ask where is my money ?..and he told me that my date was expired d 14 april..by adding more deposit..so they had taken my money away.. they claim that they had written that i had to put more deposit in,,but i can not find.. where they should have told me that..

The chat man told me there was nothing to do..the date was expired..so sorry.. you lost your money..
i told him..that i would warn you here about such a way of behaving.. Never had it before..and to me is is wrong ...
So i warn you here..and ask you..do you know of how to handle such a situation ?

I can not find anywhere on their conditoions or what they send me - that i had to put more money in..before a date.. else they would take away my sum - the day before where i was not on my account there should have been a warning..but i did not se it..the person who responded on their chat..said i should had known as it is written..but afterwards..i did go and read all i could find..but nothing about this...

i lost my 8.82 euro..and as i said before..i have never had such a deal or cndition before..it use to be..you keep our money.ntil you are able to put more in.
gues others must have had the same..but today many people do not complain..they just believe,its their own fault -
You must contact them if you like..and i will give you info if needed

Hi there. 

A bit of topic but i just wanted to share my opinion about Tsars.

I used to play at Tsars alot before and it was my go to casino,but never again 😠

I got the max win on the Folsom Prison slot (300.000NOK/about 28,000 euro) and i wanted to withdraw my winnings,but Tsars has some extreamly low withdraw limits that it actualy took almost 3 months untill i got all of it 😯 😤   

Be aware if you win big!!!

The max. size of withdrawal is €2 000 per day / €5 000 per week / €10 000 per month / €50 000 per year.

I asked Tsars support if these stupid low withdraw limits would still apply if i should be so lucky and win one of the really BIIIIG jackpots where we are talking millions,if so i would be dead and buried before i would get all the winnings!! This was in November 2022 and im still waiting for Tsars to reply to this 🤯
