Lucky for me only a 10x win is needed because i even had a hard time to get a 10x win. The music is spot-on and really has an ER vibe to it. The game is confusing as ever, had 1 bonus which was under 10x where i had no clue what was going on. Had a really long sequence with respins and xplit ending in no win. I love NLC games but the last few games start to look like super bonus buy games only or something.

In the Basegame (about 100 Spins done) not even one hit close to 10x. Then i got the Bonus and the first hit was 160x.
I also bought some bonusses here on bigwinboard with playmoney and i have to say i would give the Bonusgame(s) itself a 7/10 but the basegame is really nothing special or entertaing at all for me so 3/10.

This slot is really nice, I do like the normal bonus quite a bit since it's hit rate for something decent seems to be way better than serial, it still can give you x2 x3 bet win but out of 10 bonuses I got 3 of them were above 400x which is honestly very surprising, might be just my luck but it sure made me happy, however I do believe that 100% xbet is a bit too much, I do understand why that decision was made but it makes you question if it's worth playing with xbet instead of a higher stake at this point, that's something to think more about for the future releases I guess, gotta look at stuff from the player's pov as well.
What I do love about the slot is it's vibe, the scary hospital atmosphere is intense, however not sure if the main soundtrack fits the theme well, I did expected something more like Mental have.
On the other hand when it comes to the base game mrs nudge lands quite often leading to decent wins here and there to keep you going, I didn't land split that often but it does seem to be really good feature to land a big win so that's understandable.

Well it is an interesting game and surely looks good. Also the festure bring some new touch to the slotworld but in the basegame its really hard to hit big wins or anything. I also was not able to get into the bonus even though i did around 200 spins.. really hard game.

I think that Disturbed is another amazing game released by NoLimit City, especially because it has insane potential, a max win of over 54000x! I myself spun in the super bonus using the X-Bet feature (another great feature in NoLimit games), it ended up paying me 1000x my bet. I think that this game is just overall really fun and entertaining and has a lot of different features so it always stays exciting. The art style of the game is also great along with the theme, once again they never fail to impress me with their new releases. I am excited to see what else they come up with, cause this game was definitely a hit.

Classic NLC unique gritty theme with classic graphics (maybe need a 3D upgrade like Relax do really well) and realistic themed sounds. I always miss the extra bet at first maybe make it more visible. Also, maybe add a small gameplay tutorial at beginning our first ever spin for novice players.
Got incredibly lucky with my bonus buy as you can see. Really love this game. Great maths, awesome graphics and sounds and interesting features.
