Wow, a new studio in 2025/2026 goes live with a poorly made copy of Starburst (with Wilds being available on all 5 reels instead of just 3) as its first game. And that name and logo... fits more a local pizza place than a game provider. What a disappointment...
Really good flow between row cascades and multiplier Wilds. Nothing too out of the box, but they work together well. Standard format of bonus rounds as with numerous other games, so nothing surprising there either. For an Asian theme I like how it's done a bit differently. The cartoon touch makes it feel not so Chinese, which is a plus in my book. Solid.
God almighty, did some temp do this as a test project before being hired full time? Absolute rubbish and feels like an unfinished game that was rushed to production to fulfill timelines. I've said it multiple times before, but I'll say it again - studios that Hacskaw packed into its OpenRGS mostly pump out boring, repetitive stuff, with occasional dogshit like this. Really thought they would apply a stricter approval process to studios that are so closely connected with their name.
I appreciate the originality, plus the soundtrack is absolutely mental in this one, in the good way, but I can't swallow the graphics... I know it's all on purpose and that, but this orchestrated mess completely doesn't work for me. Feature setup is quite good, position multipliers with different methods of increasing them sound like a solid combo. I did about 20+ bonus buys on different levels however and didn't hit anything substantial. But with NLC's extreme volatility that's not really surprising. Speedrun sound like a cool idea, but who has the money for it...When using this type of art, I'd prefer something genuinely funny, full of puns and innuendos. This is a bit... dunno... straightforward? I expected more brain damage I guess 😅
It's weird seeing a game that has some kind of idea for an original theme but fails to follow through with execution... 2 lines of explanation at the beginning of the game info pages hardly qualifies as narrative... Most studios are just trying to churn. Release as fast as possible to grab a quick buck, but screw the player experience. As long as we get some of their money, we don't care about making effort to deliver quality. Plus the repeated gameplay from Pug Life with minimal changes. Really disappointed with those OpenRGS studios...
Guess I'll join the crowd of 'haters' lol... But I agree with all the opinions below. Prag is milking everything it can to maintain visibility in casino lobbies. They've been doing it for some time and they will keep doing it because this is a business. End of story. We may cry and spit acid at those repetitive releases with no effort to deliver quality, but I doubt they care. As long as it earns, it's worth it for them. But who knows, maybe enough people voicing their disapproval will nudge something at some point. Unlikely, but...
If this is not the perfect example of the ultimate dedication to the game you're building, I don't know what is... With the added worlds after the initial release, this is one monster of a game with massive engagement delivered by three different themes and a packed setup of features. They even managed to make some of them work completely differently visually without touching the math model (which I assume would require them to recertify), which is absolutely impressive. Pirots series is a game-changer like no other so far in the iGaming. And not just for the sake of being different, but honestly fun and absorbing. Great job!
Damn comrades, this should have been your debut release! What a masterpiece this is! Absolutely blown away by how well you got the Slav vibes with all those different scenes for bonuses, I'm deep in love with the Kiosk Lady!! Graphics, music, sound effects, oh joy!Features combine beautifully as well, even if they didn't exactly bring any hugely original stuff. I like the Babushka and her instant wins much better in this form than the similar feature you did in Freak Show. And in combination with the phone from the fairly affordable 15x feature buy - it can produce some good hits. xNudge Wilds are a powerhouse on their own, so won't dive too much into this. Both bonuses are great, especially the dice game in free spins and the Kiosk. Random Wilds and multipliers in the former may be simple but they do their job well.Blyat, can't get enough of this one!
This is the worst use of mystery symbols I've ever seen. It's counter-intuitive against what you expect. In games like Razor Shark / Razor Returns or Holy Hand Grenade, you know that when you trigger the feature, there's usually going to be plenty of those symbols around thanks to the stacks or the spreading. Here, not only do they block half or more of the screen, but when you land a lighter (which isn't super frequent to begin with) you often get one or two buds and nothing... I really hate this. Bonus games only increase the hit rates and they at least made it visible. My first super bonus hit organically from the reels paid 106x...Bravo for a super cool stoner theme and execution, but this type of gameplay doesn't appeal to me at all.
Haha, love how everything in the background is just a mirror image. Like they didn't even bother to make the coin stacks a bit more irregular in the bonus round, everything is just copypasted. Typical Prag. Absolutely boring theme on top of that. ELK did something special with their series by choosing very detailed places around the world and here is another generic Aztec one. The Anaconda feature combined with collect is a fine idea, but I found myself annoyed with how low the prizes from it were... Of course hard to rate a feature based just on a few hundred spins, but if it was real money I would be long gone.
