Slotmill then set about tightening the screws between Fruit Smash and Super Fruit Smash, and has now tightened the screws even further for Ultra Fruit Smash. Some of the changes may seem a bit subtle to start with, but when going back to revisit the earlier Fruit Smashes, the evolutions turned out to be more pronounced than they first appeared. Slotmill has stuck with scatter pays, which makes sense, given how hot this system is, and some of the previous integral gameplay ideas. But a feature shuffle has accompanied the swollen win cap in order to explain the 'Ultra' part of the title.

The new parts include the way the win multiplier does not increase after every avalanche, as it has done in the past. This time, it needs values from Giant symbols, Golden Multiplier Bananas, or Multiplier Chests in order to grow. Golden Multiplier Bananas and Multiplier Chests are new additions, too, not to mention potentially powerful symbols when they get a chance to be used. Chests are arguably the bigger tease since their values are massive, but they need a certain number of avalanches to occur before they are unlocked. Golden Multi Bananas are tasty too, though, with the way they repeatedly add charges, and their values can be sizable, too. It might take patience and luck to include the new features into the mix, but they could turn out to be quite valuable if and when they do.

And since Ultra Fruit Smash boasts a 20,000x the bet win cap, the more ingredients which end up in the pot, the better the possible payoff might end up being. It all adds up to a highly appetising fruit medley, one that mixes elements from the past which worked well, alongside newer flavourful additions to create an exciting scatter pays game.
