Cop The Lot Megaways Even More Swag Slot (Mini Review)

Cop The Lot Megaways Even More Swag slot
Cop The Lot Megaways Even More Swag slot

Cop the Lot Megaways Even More Swag is Blueprint Gaming stretching a franchise that was already showing signs of fatigue. Built on a 6-reel Megaways setup with up to 15,625 ways to win, the game leans heavily into collect mechanics, a feature trail, and stacked upgrades that unlock over time. On paper, it sounds busy and ambitious. In practice, it feels bloated and over-engineered.

The base game revolves around collect and cash prize symbols landing on reels 2 to 6. When a collect lands alongside visible cash prizes, the values are gathered and paid. That core loop is simple enough, but most of the real potential is locked behind the progression trail. Land enough collects and you unlock extra mechanics such as duel collect, smash 'n grab respins, cash prize boosts, pick-a-bag instant prizes, and eventually the big heist upgrade.

The problem is pacing. Early on, the slot feels stripped back and underwhelming. Until enough features are unlocked, you are essentially grinding towards a better version of the game. Yes, unlocked upgrades carry into the bonus, but getting there can feel like a chore rather than a reward.

The bonus spins are triggered by landing three or more bonus symbols and start with ten spins. During the feature, previously unlocked upgrades remain active, and additional collect symbols can increase both the spin count and a growing multiplier ladder that tops out at 10x. If the big heist is unlocked, you also get pre-feature enhancements such as added collects, improved multipliers, or two-way pays. It's feature-heavy, but also cluttered. There is so much layered on top of the core mechanic that it risks becoming noise rather than excitement.

The RTP sits at 94%, which is difficult to ignore. For a progression-driven game where much of the potential is gated behind unlocks, that figure makes the grind feel even harsher. There's also no bonus buy or ante bet option to fast-track the process, so players are forced to earn their way up the ladder the slow way. Visually, the cops-and-robbers theme remains colourful and arcade-like, consistent with earlier entries. It's recognisable, but it no longer feels fresh. The presentation does its job, but nothing about it suggests evolution.

Overall, Cop the Lot Megaways Even More Swag feels less like a bold sequel and more like an exercise in squeezing more life out of an ageing concept. There are plenty of mechanics, but quantity does not equal quality. If you enjoy long-term unlock systems and don't mind playing through a weaker early phase to access the “real” version of the slot, there's something here. For everyone else, it may feel like an overcomplicated collect game with a low RTP and too much filler.
