Been waiting 6 weeks now for Mr sloty casino to process my withdrawal. Despite being repeatedly told it would go through I am still waiting. No email to support gets answered and the live chat only tells you to be patient as they are dealing with loads of requests etc etc. No other casino I've ever been a member of takes this kind of time to process. DO NOT USE MR SLOTY. Unless you like to give your money to scammers that is

Hi I was told on Tuesday that my pending withdrawal would be processed by today and there's still nothing. Am I actually going to get this or is it gone for good

We apologize for the inconvenience. As we can see in our system the status of your request is on awaiting. Delays may occur due to large volume of requests my colleagues need to check and the payout amount, the banking process as well.
If everything was according to our Terms and Conditions you have no reason to worry. Checking procedure may last longer than usual due to many different factors since we want to make sure that everything was fair and that there were no breach of Terms and Conditions.
The fact is that examining these requests is a very sensitive and complicated process. It takes time to be thoroughly inspected.

As I can't get more than 1 withdrawal at a time I can't put anymore into the account
Yes I understand that but in no way does it take 7 weeks to process any amount of withdrawals

Thing is, when I get my withdrawal it will probably go back in over the weeks
But I can't deposit more until I get it as there's no point trying to win if I can't actually withdraw it
All terms and conditions were met, and my account is fully verified

I have been waiting since 23rd June for my payout and just keep getting told rubbish.

I just keep being told it's been raised to higher management and to be patient 

 

@admin can you help me? I am due £1000

Hi I have noticed lots of posts regarding mr sloty casino not paying can anyone help me or direct me towards help. I have been owed 3150 for over 1 month now and keep getting same messages to be patient we’re processing it is but due to be a maximum timeframe of 7-21 days. But they have no problems taking your deposits instantly.
