Hi @keith45, we do not promote them and longer. It's been a while since they were removed, and the brand wasn't up for very long.
It was definitely a mistake to list them, and I take full responsibility for not having done my due diligence properly. Initially, all looked fine. When we received our first complaint, the matter was quickly resolved, and the player was paid his winnings. We were constantly in touch with the managers and were assured all was fine. However, following a second complaint, we took the situation very seriously and immediately removed the brand without hesitation.
I even personally reached out to NLC and Pragmatic to ask them about the games during our internal investigation but never received an answer about the legitimacy of the games, so I cannot confirm anything 100%. Either way, I am very sorry for this and thankful that the community voiced their concerns to us.

I have problem with them over a withdrawal
Previously I have tried to withdraw 650 USDT and I was waiting for 30+ working days and withdrawal didnt went through, now I did this withdrawal befoer 15 days and still nothing. I know you do not promote them anymore but if you can make exception and if you can help me withdraw my remaining balance that i have at Mr Sloty bookmaker I will donate 10% of the total amount I have with their casino which is 160.5 EUR (1605 Eur total amount I have in Mr Sloty).
