Jungle Jamboree: Slot Overview
To paraphrase Guns N' Roses lead singer Axel Rose, 'Welcome to the tropical rainforest' folks, courtesy of provider Relax Gaming comes Jungle Jamboree, an exclusive to Unibet/Kindred. Ooh, jungles, they are kind of dangerous, what with the chance of being bitten by a snake, nibbled by piranhas, or developing trench foot. Couple that danger with Relax Gaming's well-earned reputation for designing some of the biggest slots on the planet, and you'd be forgiven for bracing yourself for a potential battering. However, Relax Gaming is also well equipped to toss the odd curveball or two, and Jungle Jamboree might not be the lethal weapon many could be expecting.
It starts amicably, as players are eased into a pleasant jungle environment draped in vines and covered in miscellaneous plant life. Right off the bat, Jungle Jamboree did not have the sort of immediate immersion found in a bunch of prior Relax Gaming slots. As for examples, take your pick, really, Money Train 3, Dead Man's Trail, or any number of the studio's bangers. Jungle Jamboree sits in a different category than those. It has a simple, land-based feel, which leans towards the more casual sector of the market rather than those who consider themselves Marquis de Sade-style players with penchants for the extreme.

Jungle Jamboree's jungly activity takes place on a 5-reel game grid with 3 rows and where the two high-pay symbols land in single blocks or split. With a 94.0% RTP, the game is medium-high volatile (rated 4 out of 5) and takes bets from between 10 p/c to $/€100 per game round - all devices from tablets to mobiles to desktop devices are catered for.
20 fixed paylines are provided to land winning combinations across where most symbol types max out at 5 of a kind, though the two top premiums can reach 10 in length due to the splitting, doubling up abilities. Four gem chunks make up the low pays, worth 2 times the bet for a line of five, while lizards, parrots, elephants and tigers pay 4x the bet for five. However, both tigers and elephants can land as Split symbols, counting for 2 each, so a 10-of-a-kind hit pays 50x the bet. The delightful pink flower is the wild, appearing on all but the first reel. The wild substitutes for all pay symbols when win evaluations occur.
Jungle Jamboree: Slot Features

Relax Gaming hasn't exactly taken the opportunity to use Jungle Jamboree to get all hella freaky with slot innovation. But what's here is a reliable enough mix of free spins with a win multiplier and stacked tiger and elephant symbols, plus a jackpot feature. Again, don't be thinking Dream Drop level with any of the jackpots.
Free Spins
All reels are able to land scatter symbols. When 3, 4, or 5 of them are in view, players win 8, 12, or 18 free spins, respectively. All wins during free spins are multiplied by 3, plus tiger and elephant symbols are split as well as stacked. As well as triggering free spins naturally, the bonus round may be bought for the cost of 60 times the stake.
Jackpot
Finally, while playing Jungle Jamboree, there's a chance the Wheel Bonus randomly triggers. When it does, players are guaranteed to win either the Rapid, Minor, Midi, Major, or Mega Jackpot worth 10x, 20x, 50x, 100x, or 200x the bet, respectively. These jackpots are fixed, and their values depend on the bet level.

Jungle Jamboree: Slot Verdict
Well, Jungle Jamboree was aight. They can't all be world-domination slots which launch players to stratospheric levels of delight and wonder, brutalising them a bit in the process, leaving behind permanent Joker smiles.
Not saying Jungle Jamboree is the slot equivalent of wandering about the bush, getting stuck in a bog, then being attacked by fifty million fire ants, yet it's not the studio's finest piece of work. Although, in all fairness, it's likely made to cater to a vastly different demographic than the usual high volatile, high potential Relax Gaming stuff.
Jungle Jamboree is in some ways less demanding than they can be from this studio, so perhaps it could be viewed as a stepping stone into some of Relax Gaming's more tightly wound slots or just a gentle jungle game to enjoy in its own right by a more casual crowd. Potential weighs in at the precise figure of 5,016 times the bet, so decent winnings are up for grabs. Since the relatively trivial jackpots don't have a hope in heck of getting anywhere close to achieving the max win, it's down to a strong showing by those stacked Split symbols to pick up the slack.
In the end, they can't all be Triple-A releases, and Jungle Jamboree certainly isn't that. It feels like it sits comfortably alongside other Relax Gaming slots like Deep Descent or Blender Blitz. Not terrible games in and of themselves necessarily, but when held up next to Relax Gaming's superstars, they do feel oddly out of place.
In Short
Whilst not exactly a triple-A release, Jungle Jamboree has the potential to serve up some decent entertainment for the audience it was intended for.
