Few do downtrodden, dreary Westerns like Nolimit City and Tombstone Slaughter El Gordo's Revenge is a prime example. As well as the grim visuals, a grim story behind the game explains how El Gordo's daughter is out for revenge after her father was killed and publicly humiliated. Nothing's going to stop Miss Gordo, who is prepared to burn it all to the ground to exact vengeance. Confucius might have said, 'He who seeks revenge digs two graves', but it doesn't seem like El Gordo's daughter gives a damn who ends up in the dirt in her pursuit to personally balance the scales as she sees fit.

Slaughter Spins

Landing 3 Slaughter scatters in the base game triggers 5 Slaughter Spins. The rightmost reel will always land a full Character symbol with a random win multiplier of x5 to x99 or a Revolver. El Gordo's Revenger Meter, located beneath the reels, starts at 1 and can go up to 5 - more on this below. As well as the previously mentioned Cylinder modifiers, these modifiers may also trigger from the Revolver:

• Killcount Multiplier - awards multiplier of +1 to +89 to future levels or the last level on the meter.
• Revenge Level Up - upgrades the Revenge Meter to the next level.

Landing 4 Slaughter scatters in the base game triggers 5 Slaughter Spins with 2 spots on the Revenge Meter filled and an upgraded xNudge multiplier for each Revenge level of 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7, respectively. Landing a full Revolver upgrades the remaining spins to Massacre Spins and awards +2 spins.

Massacre Spins

Landing 3 Slaughter scatters and 1 Revolver symbol in the base game triggers 5 Massacre Spins. In addition to the Slaughter Spin features, the Revolver symbol is sticky on the rightmost reel. Landing 4 Slaughter scatters and 1 Revolver symbol in the base game triggers 5 Massacre Spins with 2 spots on the Revenge Meter filled and an upgraded xNudge multiplier for each Revenge level of 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7, respectively.

El Gordo's Revenge Meter

El Gordo's Revenge Meter starts at level 1 and goes up to level 5. The starting multiplier for the xNudge is x1, x2, x3, x4, or x5 at each level, respectively. Bonus symbols can land on reels 2-5. Each Bonus symbol awards +1 spin at the current level, fills El Gordo's Revenge Meter by +1 spot, and increments the multiplier for future levels by +1. By collecting 4 bonus symbols, the Revenge Meter moves to the next level, activating when all of the current spins are played.

Nolimit Booster, Nolimit Bonus

Players have access to 4 ante bets from the Nolimit Booster. The days of the first Tombstone slot have been well and truly left behind in the dust. Where Tombstone was entertaining, Tombstone RIP intimidating, Tombstone Slaughter El Gordo's Revenge is next level. For some gamblers, maybe most players, this thing is going to be unplayable. There is so much here that is stacked against having a swell time, from the xRIP tax to the maths. Find yourself on the malevolent side of Tombstone Slaughter El Gordo's Revenge, and it probably ain't going to be pretty. Base game players might do well to fortify their patience before taking on a game like this, especially, due to things like a low hit rate possibly making the going tough.

But, there are upsides, too, and no other non-jackpot slot is able to match Tombstone Slaughter El Gordo's Revenge for winning potential. At 500,000x, you can see why Nolimit City has forced the game to be stingy in some areas. The features, however, are potent indeed. As well as managing to make Tombstone RIP's 300,000x win cap seem small(ish), the features here are phenomenal when they fire together, so while there are good chances the ride will turn out to be a bumpy, unenjoyable one, it might also end up being the sort of trip no other game is remotely capable of delivering. For now, Tombstone Slaughter El Gordo's Revenge is as easily the biggest, baddest b**tard in the West.
